Choose the appropriate polyacrylamide model.

The amount of sludge in the sand washing plant of polyacrylamide pam in the sewage treatment of the sand washing plant is relatively large, and the sludge needs to be precipitated to recycle the treated circulating water. Since there are many polyacrylamide pam models, it is necessary to select a suitable polyacrylamide pam model through experiments.

  1. Dissolving method: Before use, dissolve the solid particles into an aqueous solution with a concentration of 1‰-3‰ to quickly exert its effect. When adding the medicine, the medicine should be added gradually and slowly added to the water to make it evenly dispersed and dissolved in the water.

  (1) When preparing polyacrylamide pam solution, it is recommended to prepare and store in galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic barrels, and not to prepare and store in coagulant (polyiron, polyaluminum, etc.) containers.

  (2) When dissolving, care should be taken to add the product evenly and slowly to the belt and stir to avoid long-term severe mechanical shearing. It is recommended that the agitator is 60-200 rpm, otherwise it will cause polymer degradation and affect the use effect.

  (3) The polyacrylamide pam aqueous solution should be used now, when the solution is placed for a long time, its performance will gradually decrease according to the water quality.

  (4) After the polyacrylamide pam aqueous solution is added to the suspension, if it is stirred vigorously for a long time, the formed flocs may be destroyed.
